This website is run by Okomfo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16671039), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“Okomfo”, “we”, “us”). Chirone is a product and trading name of Okomfo Ltd.
2. These terms and the Chirone service
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The Chirone software and service are provided only under a written agreement between Okomfo and each customer, together with a data processing agreement. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
3. Using the site
You may use this website to learn about Chirone and to contact us. You must not:
- use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage, disable or overload it;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code;
- copy or harvest its content by automated means, other than ordinary search engine indexing;
- use the contact form to send spam, or to send patients’ data or other sensitive information.
4. What is on the site
The content is general information about Chirone. We describe the service as accurately as we can, but features change as it develops, and the website is not a specification.
The product screens, demonstrations and examples are reconstructions with invented data. Names, countries, dates and figures do not refer to real people, and any resemblance is coincidental.
5. Intellectual property
The Chirone software, the name “Chirone”, the centaur mark, and the design, text and graphics of this website are owned by Okomfo Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, database and other intellectual property rights. All rights are reserved.
You may view and print pages for your own reference, including to share with colleagues considering Chirone. You may not copy, adapt or reuse the content, the product designs or the mark for any other purpose without our written permission. Using Chirone under a customer agreement does not transfer any ownership of the software to the customer.
Other names and logos shown on this site, including the Gruppo San Donato logo, belong to their respective owners. They are shown to indicate where Chirone was developed and do not imply any endorsement unless we say so expressly.
6. Messages you send us
When you contact us, please make sure what you send is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle your message as described in our privacy policy. Ideas or feedback you send us may be used to improve Chirone without any obligation to you.
7. Links to other sites
Where the site links to other websites, those links are for convenience only. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it.
8. Availability
We provide this website free of charge and “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, and because this website is free information, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, including loss of profit, business, data or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for the Chirone service is set out in the customer agreement, not here.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may also bring proceedings there.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first at ciao@chirone.io; we will reply within 10 working days and try to resolve it informally.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from when it is published.
