For hospital training centres
Everything before they arrive, in order.
Chirone organises everything the clinicians who come to train with you need, from Italy and abroad: invitation letters, documents, deadlines, correspondence. And it keeps a registry of every course your centre has ever run.
In daily use at a simulation and training centre in Milan.
Here are the participants for the June edition.
I read 8 participants for Cardiac surgery simulation · 23–27 June. Two are already in the registry, so I’ll link them instead of creating duplicates.

How it works
The arrival date holds everything.
Set when a clinician arrives and Chirone works backwards to everything that has to happen first. Move the date, and every deadline moves with it. Try it.

Checklists that build themselves
Every enrolment generates its own tasks. Optional steps stay aside until they’re needed. Nothing to fill in for the sake of it.
Documents that know when they expire
A passport that expires before arrival gets flagged. A person’s documents count for every course they take.
Letters and emails, already written
Invitations, visa letters, emails to candidates: drafts with the right details, sent from your own mail program.
The assistant
It proposes. You decide.
Ask in Italian or English, typing or out loud. Hand it a programme, a list, a scanned passport: it reads, prepares the changes and shows them to you. Nothing changes until a person confirms.
- 01
Ask or attach
A question, some pasted text, up to ten files: PDF, photos, Excel, Word.
- 02
Chirone proposes
A clear card showing what will change, where and for whom. Untick any line you don’t want.
- 03
You confirm
The change runs from your browser, under your permissions. The model never writes to the database.
How many clinicians from Africa have we trained since 2019?
47, from 12 countries. The largest group came from Nigeria (11), then Ethiopia (7) and Kenya (6).

Registry and archive
Every course, every person, every photo.
Who came, from where, for which course, taught by whom, all in one place. And the archive of photos and materials, findable by year, place and course instead of buried among thousands of files.
- Each clinician’s history across departments
- Import past editions from a file
- Course sheets and lists ready to print
Documents from candidates
They upload. No account needed.
Send a personal link; the clinician uploads their passport, CV and hospital letter from their phone. Nothing enters the registry until someone at the centre accepts it.
- A personal link
- Each link is for one person and can be withdrawn at any time.
- Checked files
- Chirone checks what each file really is, not just its name.
- Reviewed by the centre
- A queue of documents to accept or reject, one click each.

Security and compliance
Built the way your DPO would want.
Chirone holds data about clinicians in training, never patients. And it treats that data by hospital rules.
Data in Europe
Managed in the European Union. No patient data.
Everyone sees what they need
Each person sees only what their job needs. Access is set by role and by department.
Contacts locked down
Emails, phone numbers and passports are visible only to people who are allowed to see them.
The model never writes
The assistant never sees people’s contact details and changes nothing on its own: it proposes, and a person always decides.
Audit-ready
Every change is logged. Evidence exports by section, as PDF or CSV.
Ready for your servers
Designed to run on hospital infrastructure, with a local model, when you need it.
Compliance pack available on request.ciao@chirone.io
Where it comes from
Born inside a hospital.
Chirone was built inside the simulation and training centre of a Gruppo San Donato hospital in Milan, next to the people who organise the courses every day. Every feature exists because someone there needed it.

Why “Chirone”?
In myth, the centaur Chiron was the teacher of Asclepius, the god of medicine. The teacher of healers.
Let’s talk.
If your centre welcomes clinicians from elsewhere, we’ll show you Chirone on your own cases. Thirty minutes is enough.
